Sally - Membership Sales

Sally turns one-off jobs into recurring revenue by pitching your plan to the right customers.

What Sally does. Sally reaches out to recently-serviced non-members and offers your membership plan, converting a single visit into an ongoing relationship.

How Sally talks. Value-first — frames the plan around what the customer just experienced, not a generic upsell.

What Sally can do. Identify non-member customers after service, present the membership offer, answer routine questions, and enroll interested customers.

What Sally can't do. Sally won't invent plan terms or pricing, won't discount on her own, and won't push an offer your team has pulled. (Her offer scripts can be trimmed or pulled per account when they don't fit.)

When Sally hands off. Plan questions beyond the basics, custom pricing, or pushback route to your team. Escalation path is set per account. For how escalation works and how to reach a person, see Escalation Failure.

Customizable vs. fixed. Set per account: which customers she targets, the offer/script wording (which can be scoped down or pulled), timing, and suppression. Fixed: she stays in the membership-sales workflow and won't alter plan terms.
