Lead Source Integrations

Your best leads come from the platforms where customers are already searching — Meta (Facebook) ads, Angi, Thumbtack, and Google. The challenge is speed: a high-intent lead goes cold fast, and whoever answers first usually wins the job. Connecting your lead sources to UpSmith closes that gap — every new lead is delivered to UpSmith and answered by your AI agent (Lenny) within minutes, any hour, instead of waiting on a callback.

How it works. Once a source is connected, new leads flow into UpSmith automatically. Lenny reaches out right away to qualify the lead and move it toward a booked appointment, and the conversation and outcome are written back into ServiceTitan so your team works from one place.

Before you connect any source. Every lead source shares one requirement: a lead responder has to be set up first. In Settings → Lead Settings, an agent with a linked channel must be assigned to answer new leads — until then, connecting a source is blocked so no lead is missed.

Available integrations — each platform has its own short setup guide below:

  • Angi Leads — Your agent texts every Angi lead the moment it arrives.

  • Booking Form — Keep your own website form. Its submissions become leads your agent texts back.

  • Google Local Services Ads — Answer LSA leads automatically, and query your Google spend next to booked revenue in Ask Jenny.

  • Meta Ads — Answer Facebook lead forms, Messenger and Instagram DMs — and see which ad each lead clicked.

  • Thumbtack — Your agent replies inside the Thumbtack thread, and steps back when your team does.

  • Web Embed — A button on every page that takes a visitor's number and texts them right back.

  • Yelp — Answer Yelp leads in the thread within moments, and protect your response rate.

  • Zapier — Feed leads in from any tool you already use, and your agent follows up.

Most connect in just a few minutes and are self-serve. See each guide for the exact steps, what you'll need, and how to confirm leads are flowing.
